Can I have my ornament individually personalized?
Yes, every ornament can be personalized with a name and/or date at no extra charge. Just let Joyce know.
I want my ornament personalized, but I'm using the "Add to Cart" and "Checkout" buttons. Where do I put in my personalization request?
AnimalHangups.com uses PayPal's Electronic Shopping Cart feature for on-line ordering. When you get to the PayPal "Make Your Payment" page, there will be a box near the bottom titled "Special Instructions (opt)". Use that box to enter your personalization. For example, "Please personalize with 'Molly 2005'". If you're purchasing multiple ornaments, you can list them all, with a different personalization for each.
If you have an especially complicated order with multiple ornaments, and you want to be sure everything is clear, or maybe if you have a question about a custom personalization, just type "Please email me about personalizing" in the "Special Instructions (opt)" box, and Joyce will get in touch with you. She will work with you to make sure that every ornament is exactly what you want.
If you have already placed your order and forgot to type your personalization information in "Special Instructions (opt)", don't panic. Just send an email message right away to joyce@animalhangups.com to let Joyce know that you want your ornaments personalized. As long as your order is somewhere short of actually being in the mitts of the Postal Service, Joyce will be happy to work with you to accomodate your request.
Is there a paper catalog of your products?
Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of Animal Hang-ups products, it's really not possible to print a paper catalog. Nothing that you see in this store is mass-produced, or even produced twice. Once sold, it's gone (to you) forever. So you can see that if you had a paper catalog, you would have no way of knowing if the ornaments you were looking at were still available or not.
I don't do credit cards over the Internet. Can I pay by mail?
Yes, Joyce accepts checks and money orders by mail. But, due to the one-of-a-kind nature of Animal Hang-ups products, you should send Joyce a message to reserve your item while your payment is in transit.
